- Providing legal advisory to the management and business operation
- Monitoring new laws and analysing effects to business operation by providing executive report to management level
- Following up the corrective and preventive status from operation department relating to new law effect and report to the management
- Collecting, implementing and managing legal compliance programs
- Conducting legal compliance monitoring and audit
- Other work works as assigned
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's or master's Degree in Law
- At least 6 years working experience in legal and compliance field
- Conversational high or business level (to communicate with overseas group company, review contract)
- Holding a Lawyer License or Certificate of Thai Bar
- Excellent analytical, research and communication skills
