Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Produce timely, relevant, and insightful analysis of economic and real estate market conditions for inclusion in CoStar’s product offering. Content will take various forms, including:
- Written narratives in CoStar’s market and sub‑market reports
- News articles
- Presentation content
- Interactions and discussions with CoStar customers
- Personally maintain national‑level content, including property‑type specific reports and news articles
- Represent CoStar at industry events
- Support sales and marketing efforts in Canada, and serve as a key client contact
- Work with CoStar research to ensure CoStar data accurately reflects market trends
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 10+ years of work experience in Canadian commercial real estate
