- 1.Responsible for the technical operations related to the hotel, both inside and outside of
- the facilities.
- 2.Ensure that all of the units, facilities and equipment in the hotel are working, maintained
- and repaired. Operate these in the most economical manner, according to the technical
- rules and changing needs of the facilities and without compromising the quality promised
- to customers. Responsible for preparing and implementing the expenditure budget to
- carry out these operations.

- Ensure that the periodic maintenance and repairs for all of the buildings, machines and
- equipment in the facilities are carried out according to the planned maintenance and
- repair methods.
- Assign facility employees with the appropriate qualities to carry out maintenance and
- repairs or outsource such work to quality technical service providers.
