Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all engineering and maintenance operations
- Develop and control departmental budgets, CAPEX projects, and maintenance plans
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety standards, and fire codes
- Oversee preventive maintenance programs for all mechanical and electrical systems
- Drive energy management and sustainability initiatives
- Manage contractors, vendors, and major renovation projects
- Develop and mentor a high‑performing engineering team
- Support operational excellence and guest satisfaction through effective facility management
