Chief Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and driven Chief Engineer to lead the Power Plant and Building Services operations at our food manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and compliant plant operations while driving continuous improvement across utilities, refrigeration, and facility infrastructure.


Key Responsibilities



Operations & Facility Management

Plan, schedule, and oversee maintenance activities to ensure optimum facility performance

Manage daily operations of the Power Plant, refrigeration systems, facility-wide piping, and fire protection systems

Monitor and manage plant utilities (electricity, gas, water) against established KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed

Ensure all activities comply with statutory, regulatory, and internal business standards
