The Role
As a Chief Engineer at Estelle Manor, you will lead the Engineering team in maintaining the estate to the highest luxury hospitality standards, overseeing all MEP systems, preventive maintenance programmes, and property operations. You will be responsible for managing budgets, contractors, compliance, and departmental performance, while providing strong leadership, mentoring, and development for your team. This role requires a hands‑on engineering professional with excellent technical knowledge, operational expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest and member experiences in a safe, efficient, and beautifully maintained environment.
Who we are looking for?
