1. Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute mid- to long-term business strategies for the company
- Define and strengthen brand positioning in the sportswear segment in Vietnam
- Set and drive business targets (revenue, profitability, market share)
- Propose and implement initiatives to enhance competitiveness and operational efficiency
2. Business Operations
- Oversee all business activities, with key focus on Sales, Marketing, and Product Development
- Develop go-to-market strategies and expand omni-channel sales systems
- Optimize revenue, sales performance, and customer experience
