Brief
The CEO will be overall responsible for the company's reinsurance broking business and formulating strategies for the expansion. The CEO has to work with the Board and shareholders on strategic roadmaps in every aspect of the business including regulatory compliance matters. The CEO will be expected to lead the company to achieve all goals within set timelines.
Main Responsibilities
- The leadership and management of reinsurance broking business including development of team, business production, risk placements, client servicing and associated functions.
