North Central Co-op is hiring a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) . This position will be based out of our Stony Plain office and will oversee operations across Edmonton and surrounding areas.
One of Alberta's largest member‑owned co‑operatives, North Central Co-op serves over 140,000 members in and around Edmonton. It has approximately 700 team members and generates approximately $450 million in sales yearly.
Reporting to the Board of Directors, this executive role leads organizational performance and strategic direction across our diverse operations. You’ll drive growth, profitability, and transformational change while fostering strong stakeholder relationships and aligning initiatives with our mission, vision, and values.
