CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER OFFICE - ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES- To lead the optimization of good financial management and corporate governance, check and balance to meet the Group’s objectives and goals.
- To be responsible to provide strategic forecast, financial analysis and recommendations to the CEO & the Group’s Chairman as well as the members of the executive management team of the company.
- To be fully responsible for managing financial actions of the company comprising from cash flow to analyzing strengths and weaknesses of the company to support accurate corporate forecasts and decision‑making to meet the Group’s overall goals and objectives.
- To lead in the timely top‑management financial reporting, forecasts and budgetary control to the CEO, Group’s Chairman and key stakeholders of the Group in Japan. <...
