Job Description
The primary responsibility of the Chief Finance Officer is to direct all financial activities of the company such as budgeting and financial reporting which includes analyzing business performance and controlling to achieve objectives. The CFO is charged with Investor Relationship Management, this includes ensuring compliances to the due diligence of our investors. He or she will also be responsible for overseeing and managing the day to day activities of the finance team and making sure the company's finance function is organized and efficient as well as production of accurate financial reporting for management and external purposes.
