Requirements
A Finance professional with other business experience (e.g COO, CEO, Strategy, Business) ideally complemented with experience or exposure in other business areas such as operations, business development, expansion, or general management.
F&B industry background is required, specifically with companies operating 100+ outlets and 4,000+ employees across Indonesia.
Strong understanding of financial management within a multi-outlet retail or F&B business, including cost structures, labor planning, COGS control, and capital investment analysis.
