Chief Financial Officer
Our client is currently hiring for the position of Chief Financial Officer
Responsibilities:
. Lead all debt structuring, negotiation and financial close across active projects —
construction and term facilities across multiple jurisdictions.
. Negotiate term sheets, security packages, covenant structures and drawdown conditions; coordinate local and international legal counsel.
. Prepare investor-ready financial packages for DFI due diligence, lender technical advisors, and equity co-investors.
. Lead financial structuring of new concession bids including equity/debt sizing, returns analysis, and co-investor share structures.
. Drive equity fundraising processes: prepare Information Memoranda, investor
presentations, and data rooms; manage investor Q&A.
. Establish and own consolidated management accounts and all project
