Job Description
1. Financial Strategy & Growth
- Lead business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial strategy aligned with growth objectives.
- Partner with leadership on pricing, margins, and profitability across product lines.
- Evaluate expansion, capex, new business opportunities, and scenario planning.
2. Capital Management & Fundraising
- Drive equity and debt fundraising initiatives, including structured finance and project financing.
- Build and manage relationships with investors, banks, PE funds, and financial institutions.
- Optimize capital structure, cost of funds, and liquidity.
- Ensure strong cash flow and working capital discipline.
3. Governance, Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure accurate financial reporting as per IND-AS / IFRS and regulatory requirements.
