A relevant 3 year tertiary qualification in Finance or Accounting. A recognised professional qualification CA (SA), CPA or equivalent. Minimum 5 years finance experience, including at least 2 years in senior financial leadership role. Retail, consumer or omnichannel business experience (highly advantageous). Strong commercial acumen with proven executive and board‑level influence. A hands‑on, strategic mindset with the ability to balance detail and big‑picture thinking.
