We’re looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to play a pivotal leadership role in establishing and shaping a new Water Services Organisation delivering for the Western Bay community. This is a rare opportunity to join at formation stage—leading the financial strategy, systems, and capability required to transition from Tauranga City Council and Western Bay of Plenty District Council into a fully integrated, high‑performing entity.
Reporting to the Chief Executive, you’ll sit at the executive table, providing strategic financial leadership, robust advice, and confidence to the Board and senior leaders.
