The Client
Our client is a Vancouver-based investment and operating group focused on the development and growth of publicly listed mining and natural resource companies, primarily across uranium, copper, and other junior resource assets. With a growing portfolio of public issuers, the team is looking to bring on a hands‑on finance leader to support financial reporting, regulatory compliance, capital markets activity, and strategic finance operations across multiple entities. This is a unique opportunity to work across a portfolio of public companies, partnering closely with founders and leadership teams in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment. The successful candidate will play a highly visible role supporting strategic decision‑making, financings, and the continued growth of the portfolio.
