About the role
We are seeking a talented Chief Grader to join our team at Sarawak Oil Palms BHD (Mill) in Belaga, Sarawak. This full‑time position is based at Metanik Mill Belaga, Sarawak.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the grading process for all incoming palm fruits to ensure they meet our strict quality standards.
- Provide guidance and training to the grading team to maintain high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
- Analyse grading data and identify areas for improvement in the grading process.
- Collaborate with other departments to communicate grading results and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Stay up to date with industry standards and best practices in palm oil grading.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies related to grading.
