The Chief Human Resources Officer is responsible for creating and executing strategies that result in operational and organizational excellence, and an exceptional Caregiver experience. Responsibilities include the design and execution of strategies focusing on Workforce Development and Planning, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning and Organizational Development, Employee Engagement, Wellbeing and Customer Service to Caregivers and HR Compliance.
