Key Responsibilities 1. Civil-Systems Interface Management Combined Services Drawings (CSD): Coordinating the creation of drawings that show all systems (piping, ducting, cabling) in a single view to ensure they do not physically collide in the limited space of an underground station or tunnel. Structural Requirements: Ensuring the Civil team provides necessary openings (cut-outs), sleeves, and foundations for electrical panels, transformers, and signalling equipment. Space Management: Managing the allocation of space in the Technical Rooms and tunnel walkways for various contractors. 2. Technical Coordination for Systems E&M (Electrical & Mechanical): Coordinating the integration of tunnel ventilation systems (TVS) and environmental control systems (ECS) with the tunnel structure. TPS (Traction Power Supply): Managing the interface for Overhead Equipment (OHE) or Third Rail mountings and the grounding/earthing systems throughout the underground stretch.
