- Develop the strategy for IT Infrastructure so that it is consistent strategic direction and ensures IT Infrastructure services are provided to an international standard.
- Create the budget for IT Infrastructure in line with the budget on IT
- Create policies and procedures and ensure they are implemented across so that there is consistency in the use and development of IT Infrastructure services.
- Operate IT infrastructure solutions and manage and execute day oversee Infrastructure technology management and ensure its maintenance regularly; and Oversee datacenter management of IT. day operational activities in line with defined policies, processes, and service level agreements.
