Chief Legal, Ethics & Privacy Officer

The Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment in Wellington is looking for a Chief Legal Officer to lead the Legal, Ethics and Privacy branch. You will provide enterprise-wide legal stewardship and ensure the Ministry operates with strong legal integrity while managing risk effectively.

This role requires a proven leader who can influence strategic outcomes and drive organisational integrity. You must be a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand, with capabilities in stakeholder engagement and transformational leadership.
