This is the most senior legal role in the organisation, responsible for leading global legal, governance and compliance activity during a period of significant change. Reporting directly to the CEO, the role acts as a trusted adviser to the Board and executive leadership, balancing legal risk with commercial ambition across diverse jurisdictions.
