Job Description
Responsibilities:
Provide medical expertise and guidance on Life & Health underwriting Provide medical insights and recommendations on claim cases Review and advise on complex medical underwriting and claim cases Support on establishing and maintaining underwriting guidelines and policies Involve in the governance and review of claim practices and policies to ensure they adhere to the regulatory requirements etc. Provide training to agency and back office on product knowledge, basis of underwriting and claims. Function as the spokesperson for AXA Hong Kong on medical related matters Provide inputs for the selection of panel doctors, and maintain clinical governance and network discipline Provide medical inputs for the handling of complaint and dispute cases Other ad hoc assignments on need basis Qualifications:
