The Vice President of Nursing & Chief Nursing Officer provides leadership in the daily operations of the hospital. In this role you will be responsible and accountable for leading hospital clinical operations by working through directors and other health care team members in providing patient care 24 hours per day and 7 days a week.

+ Embodies the tenants of high reliability and strongly supports clinical nurse driven shared governance.
+ Exercises accountability for nursing care wherever it is provided in the hospital.
