Job Description
ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT
- Manage and guide as well as promote and monitor the nursing team to ensure high standard of care is delivered in a safe, effective, efficient, and caring manner.
- Organize, direct and coordinate with the other services in the Facility to ensure smooth workflow to always facilitate the continuity of safe and quality patient care; whilst achieving optimal client satisfaction.
- Perform daily unit/ward round to:
- Visit each patient in the wards if possible
- Conduct random night round
- Continue to monitor progress of patients especially post‑operative and critical patients
- Be informed of potential litigation cases
- Visit patient regularly following adverse event
- Evaluate nursing care rendered
- Advise Unit Manager/Nurse‑In‑Charge where and when necessary
