JOB DESCRIPTION
- Leadership and Oversight of Nursing Operations
- Provides centralized leadership and direction to Nurse Supervisors and the nursing workforce deployed across all care clinics.
- Implements organizational goals by translating them into nursing operations and clinical workflows that promote efficient, safe, and compassionate care.
- Coordinates with cluster heads and clinic managers to ensure streamlined nursing service delivery and uniform policy enforcement.
- Governance and Clinical Protocols
- Develops, reviews, and enforces nursing clinical care standards, aligned with the organizations clinical governance framework.
- Ensures that all nurses comply with updated national standards, protocols, and internal guidelines (e.g., IV therapy certification, minor surgical assistance protocols, tria...
