Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and strategically-minded Chief of Staff with a background in construction or civil engineering to support our senior leadership team in streamlining operations, driving strategic initiatives and ensuring cross-functional alignment. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, leadership presence and prior experience within the UAE construction sector.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the CEO/Managing Director to manage high-level initiatives, daily operations and special projects
Oversee and coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, project management, procurement and operations
Act as a strategic advisor to the leadership team, ensuring smooth communication and execution of priorities
Prepare high-impact presentations, reports and briefs for internal and external stakeholders
