As the leading global citizenship and residency advisory firm, Henley & Partners seeks a Chief of Staff to extend the reach and effectiveness of the Group Chairman. The role involves a high‑level partnership with the Chairman, managing the execution of top priorities and ensuring alignment with the Group’s long‑term objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead negotiations and have the authority to finalise and close commercial deals.
- Work closely with the Executive Committee, ensuring leadership decisions are communicated clearly and translated into action.
- Drive the implementation of cross‑functional initiatives, ensuring all departments remain aligned with the Group’s vision.
