Following a recent rebrand and with a highly motivated CEO driving the business forward, this is a key leadership role for someone who can bring structure, pace and operational clarity to the next phase of scale.
This is a hands-on COO role working closely with the CEO and leadership team to turn strategy into execution, strengthen operating cadence, improve commercial performance and help the business scale in a more repeatable and predictable way.
