San Diego Oasis (SDO) is looking for a strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead daily operations and oversee staff, systems, and execution across the organization.Working closely with the President & CEO, who focuses on community engagement, fundraising, and advancing the mission, the COO will turn strategy into action by setting priorities, ensuring accountability, and managing resources effectively. The COO will also oversee marketing and branding efforts to ensure they align with organizational goals, support the mission, and drive growth.
