Job Description
The COO is the most senior operational hire on the platform, sitting directly below the Managing Director. This person runs the day-to‑day execution of all three infrastructure platforms on behalf of the MD, freeing the MD to focus on DFI relationships, concession origination, and group‑level strategy. This is a builder's role — not a corporate manager's role. The COO will be on the ground, holding project teams accountable, managing government interfaces, and driving each platform from development through to operational delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Platform Oversight
- Oversee day-to-day execution across the three business platforms simultaneously.
- Chair weekly cross-platform progress reviews.
- Escalate to the MD on strategic decisions, material risks, and government relations only — manage everything below that threshold independently.
