Position Overview
We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee the day‑to‑day administrative and operational functions of the business. The COO reports directly to the CEO and ensures efficient strategy execution, drives scalability, and maintains a high‑performance culture across all departments.

- Operational Leadership & Management

- Design, implement and continuously monitor standardized procedures and workflows to maximize efficiency.
