The Role
We are looking for a high‑calibre COO to act as the operational and commercial lead of the business alongside the Founder & CEO. This role is effectively the number two at OMNES – responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day running of the company, driving execution across all departments and helping scale the business into its next phase of growth. The COO will work closely with the Founder & CEO on overall business strategy, organisational development and commercial performance, while taking ownership of operational execution, business performance, infrastructure and leadership alignment across the company.
