Position Overview
Chief Operating Officer (COO) – oversee day‑to‑day administrative and operational functions, report to the CEO, drive operational scalability and maintain a high‑performance culture across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across critical departments (Operations, HR, IT, etc.).
- Design, implement, and continuously monitor standardized procedures and workflows to maximize efficiency.
- Identify, evaluate, and mitigate key operational risks for compliance and continuity.
- Translate the CEO's long‑term vision into actionable operational plans and departmental targets.
