What You Will Own
You will take full control of the business engine — from plant floor to boardroom.
- Define and execute a multi-year growth strategy across domestic and export markets
- Expand into high-value technical textile applications (filtration, hygiene, medical, industrial)
- Drive EBITDA growth through disciplined cost control and operational efficiency
- Lead end-to-end operations: manufacturing, supply chain, quality, maintenance
- Transform plant performance through Lean, Six Sigma, and capacity optimisation
- Build sourcing strategies that secure cost advantage and supply stability
- Establish world‑class quality, compliance, and ESG standards
- Develop a leadership bench capable of scaling with the business
