Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap.
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle across trading, DeFi, NFTs, and payments.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing product management team.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Marketing for seamless delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competition to identify new product opportunities.
