Role Profile: Chief Product Officer
● The Chief Product Officer is accountable for maximising the impact of the client
engagements and ensuring the products we build successfully meet client business
objectives and end user needs.
● As a digital product consultancy, the Chief Product Officer is the central role for ensuring
successful delivery of core business, and is a potential successor for the
company’s Managing Director role.
● The Chief Product Officer reports to the CEO and sits on the Executive
Committee (Exco), actively contributing to the company’s overall strategy under the
CEO’s leadership.
● The CPO oversees multiple departments spanning Design, Product Management and
Consulting (Growth and Analytics), with a collective headcount of 22 people. The CPO
directly manages the Heads of these Functions, who all sit on the Extended
Leadership Team (ELT).
