The Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust is offering an exciting opportunity for senior doctors in training to join as chief registrars. This role allows trainees to develop leadership, management and quality improvement skills while being part of a supportive environment.
Successful candidates will gain valuable experiences through the Royal College of Physicians’ bespoke development programme, which includes training in areas like change management and team culture. This is a fixed-term position for at least 12 months, ideal for those at ST4 level or equivalent.
