Job Description
Sales Strategy and Monitoring
- Assist the General Manager in the preparation of strategic and operational plans as approved by the Board of Directors and ensure timely and efficient execution.
- Work closely with the Chief Financial and Operations Officer to set monthly, quarterly and yearly sales budget for each brand represented for the region in the Business Unit (BU).
- Identify potential markets for the company's brands and products.
- Evaluate the development of new brands and products and develop business cases that are value-added and sustainable.
- Drive new business development by pursuing lead generation, networking, and attending industry events.
- Expand the company's customer base and increase its market share across the region.
- Prepare and present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to management team as and when required.
