What you'll be doing
Coach and develop stewarding employees to drive engagement, accountability, and performance.
Lead a stewarding team aligned to event demand and operational needs.
Deliver onboarding, training, and development in line with Adelaide Oval standards.
Oversee cleaning, sanitising, waste management, equipment movement, and maintain cleaning schedules/checklists aligned with sustainability objectives and HACCP requirements across AOSMA outlets.
