About the Role
The CSSO will lead and oversee all group-wide support functions ensuring strong alignment with business strategy governance standards and operational excellence. You will work closely with subsidiary CEOs and senior leadership to drive performance, efficiency and sustainable growth across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all shared services functions: HR, Finance, Procurement, IT and Administration. Drive strategic planning, operational excellence and performance improvement initiatives. Oversee P&L performance and ensure robust financial and operational governance. Partner with subsidiary CEOs to align business objectives and enhance performance.
