Responsibilities
- Set and execute the company's technology strategy to support a scalable, secure fintech platform.
- Lead engineering, payments infrastructure, platform architecture, data, and technology operations.

- Partner with Product, Commercial, Risk, and Operations to deliver compliant, customer-focused digital solutions.
- Own cybersecurity, technology risk, data privacy, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Drive platform modernisation, adoption of emerging technologies, and engineering best practices.
- Build and lead a strong technology leadership team; manage budgets, vendors, and strategic partners.
