About the Role
We are seeking a visionary and execution-oriented Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the company's global technology strategy, architecture, engineering delivery, infrastructure, security, and innovation agenda. The CTO will play a critical role in shaping the future of our fintech platform, driving scalable technology development across payments, digital assets, card issuance, lending, treasury, compliance, and financial services infrastructure. As a member of the executive leadership team, the CTO will work closely with Product, Operations, Compliance, Risk, and Business leaders to build world-class technology capabilities that support rapid business growth, regulatory requirements, and global expansion.
