Chief Technology Officer (CTO) - Petrochemical & Downstream
The Role
We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with a strong Chemical Engineering pedigree and 25+ years of heavy downstream industry experience. As a key member of the executive team, you will drive technology strategy, engineering excellence, and full-lifecycle project execution (FEED, EPC, commissioning) for complex, world-scale petrochemical assets. Key Responsibilities
Define the long-term technical roadmap oversee multi-disciplinary engineering teams across Basic (BED) and Detailed (DED) design phases.
Act as the ultimate technical authority to deliver large-scale EPC/EPCM projects on time and within budget, leveraging deep roots in project engineering and management.
Provide technical governance and evaluate licensors across diverse portfolios, including
Naphtha Crackers, Polyolefins, PTA/PET, Aromatics, EDC/VCM/PVC, Acrylic Acid, and Oxo Alcohol
