Saint Paul Public Schools seeks motivated individuals to join our Discovery Club before - and after-school program , a safe, fun, and caring environment that supports children’s learning and development.
Part-Time Child Care Workers are responsible for building relationships with, actively engaging with, and the general supervision and management of groups of up to 15 students.
We provide ample opportunities for leadership and the flexibility to tailo r our programs to meet the needs and interests of our students.
Job responsibilities include:
- Implement educational and recreational activities planned by Site Supervisors and Group Leaders.
- Provide appropriate behavior guidance and disciplinary action as needed.
- Develop supportive relationships with Discovery Club students and families.
