Child & Family Therapist (RP, RSW, CPsych, CYW)
Location: Ancaster, ON • Full‑time • Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 CAD per year
About the Position
We are seeking a seasoned child therapist passionate about working with kids 4+ and their families. The role focuses on individual and family therapy using developmental and relationship‑driven approaches.
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence‑based psychotherapy for children, teens, and families.
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.
- Serve as a staff mentor and, when qualified, a supervisor.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and administrative records.
Qualifications
- Registered social worker, psychotherapist, psychologist, child life specialist, or equivalent with psychotherapy experience.
