About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced and passionate Child Health Registered Nurse to join our remote Primary Health Care team. In this role, you’ll provide high‑quality child and family health services for children aged 0–17 years, working collaboratively with families, community members, Aboriginal Health Practitioners and a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver child health programs and care coordinate children with complex or chronic conditions. .
- Provide primary health care services in line with CARPA Guidelines.
- Support, implement, and evaluate community health initiatives.
- Work across the School Clinic, Outreach, and Health Centre as required.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and data entry.
- Build strong therapeutic and culturally safe relationships with families and communities.
