Responsibilities This position serves as a team leader with responsibility for ensuring the program staff provides appropriate developmental care and instruction for children and youth ranging in age from 6 weeks to 18 years in Child and Youth Programs (CYP). The incumbent plans and implements age and developmentally appropriate daily activities, planned experiences, interactions, and field trips.
