Job Role: Children's Home Registered Manager Location: Badgworth, Axbridge (BS26) - Existing 3-Bed Home Salary: £46,202.89 basic salary, with potential earnings up to £53,402.89 including bonuses Contract: Permanent, full-time Role Overview We are recruiting an experienced and driven Children's Home Registered Manager to lead a well-established 3-bed EBD children's home in Badgworth, Axbridge. This is an operational home with a full staff team and young people already placed, requiring a confident and capable Registered Manager who can step in and maintain strong care standards, team stability and regulatory compliance. As Children's Home Registered Manager , you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring high-quality, child-centred care while driving positive outcomes in line with Ofsted expectations.
